Return Policy

We kindly ask our customers to notify us of any problems with an order as soon as possible, preferably not via our sales line. Please contact us via email or our online live chat service so we can resolve any issues promptly. This way we can easily save accurate history of the issue. This ensures any member of our staff can pick up the case and deal with it fast and efficiently. This will ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

Wrong Mats Ordered/Customer Error

We politely remind our customers to carefully check the descriptions of our car mats carefully to ensure the correct product for the intended vehicle is purchased as exchanges are expensive and time consuming. For example we supply car mats for an Audi A3 2002-2012 and additionally for the 2012 onwards model. So if you were to own a 2012 car and unsure of what to order then please confirm the exact model by calling us on 01245 226 628 or alternatively by referencing the Parkers guide or similar online (www.parkers.co.uk). We will gladly help with a prompt exchange for the correct mats for the vehicle, however this may incur a surcharge of the original item cost to minimise our losses depending on re-saleability. It's worth noting that in these rare instances of customer error we cannot cover any postage costs.

Faulty or Damaged Products

We will of course replace faulty or damaged products at our expense. We will require the customer to provide proof of the damage/fault such as a picture via email before we initiate a collection/exchange.

Wrong Item Sent

In the very unlikely event we have sent entirely the wrong car mats we will of course promptly arrange an exchange at our expense.

Unwanted Item/Change of mind

Purchases can be returned within 14 working days of delivery for a refund. The refund will be issued once the item has been received back with us, checked and processed. We also do not refund any associated postage costs in unwanted item instances. Depending on re-saleability, a surcharge of the original item cost may be applied with an unwanted/change of mind item so we kindly ask our customers to be sure the car mats are definitely required before purchase. We have this policy as our floor mats are promptly manufactured to order in the shape/carpet/colour combination of the customers choosing so its not always possible for us to sell them on.
